Shaye holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Canberra and has experience in paediatric and community health settings. She has worked with children across a broad spectrum of needs, including developmental delays, ADHD, autism and social-emotional challenges.
Shaye’s clinical focus centres on sensory regulation, motor planning, and promoting independence in children through functional and play-based therapy. She is passionate about collaborating with families and educators to create personalised therapy plans that align with each child’s goals and strengths.
Shaye speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and Spanish, and is passionate about working with families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, Shaye enjoys dancing, playing basketball, and staying active with Pilates. She believes in maintaining a balanced lifestyle, which helps her stay energised and connected with the children and families she supports.
