Sheila Mendoza

Sheila graduated and earned her Masters Degree from the University of Santo Tomas and has been practicing the profession predominantly in a paediatric setting in the Philippines for around 10 years before moving to Melbourne. As an occupational therapist, she is resourceful with the materials and toys she uses during sessions by maximizing what is available and easily accessible to the client’s family. She believes that it is more important to consider the client’s interest and functionality of the activities she provides during therapy to ensure success in participation and better carryover for the families of her clients.
