I was luckily enough to be fitted in same day as needing an appointment. Phoebe is super friendly at the front and my physio was Laura who has magic hands! She was amazing at finding the spots that hurt (pinched nerve) and giving me stretches at home to help. Highly recommend!

I have been doing weekly Pilates here for a couple of years. I like that I get individualised advice from a physio in my group class. This has really helped me to keep running injuries to a minimum so I can continue with the activities I enjoy.

Love this place. The trainers are a cut above anyone else in Melbourne. I took a break for about a year to check out other clubs in my area, but this place is the best. Since my return here - I do two sessions of Pilates a week - my core strength and tone have improved dramatically. Very happy.

I do Pilates here once a week and have also had treatment for various sports injuries. Pilates has been really good with Lucy, and all the physios I've seen for treatment have been super nice and quite effective.
